Swollen face? Stuffy nose? I need help!

I agree it may be a little swollen. We can’t tell you if she for sure has anything, but only that there could be some suspicion of MG symptoms. You would have to seek some testing, and that may not be good to do unless she has an active infection. I don’t add new birds to my flock, but just keep it closed, since adding birds can sometimes bring in an illness that can affect the whole flock.

If she's eating/drinking and acting normal, then I'd just monitor her.

Yeah I agree with adding birds just wondering is it bad to add chicks you raised?

If the chicks are from my own eggs, I will do that. Or get hatchery chicks, just not chickens from other people.

I got my chicks from tractor supply or most of them

I only added one grown hen and her owner had her in quarantine for five weeks cause she got hurt from a rooster but I added her months ago
