Swollen feet and lethargy?

I have a BR whom I noticed was just standing around and not moving or free-ranging with the other chickens, so I picked her up and noticed that her feet are swollen. Also, judging from the mess on her rear fluff, she probably has diarrhea. Does anyone know what this is?

Have you checked the bottom of her feet for bumblefoot? I recommend you clean her rear end and visually inspect her vent area for lice/mites. When was the last time you wormed her? All of these factors could contribute to lethargy and you need take action or she'll get weak and eventually die.

I checked on her this morning and now she is having difficulty breathing and there is discharge coming from her nose. Does anyone know what this is?
