Tail down away from others?

My 5 month old Orp hen has had her tail down for almost a week and she is up on top of the nest boxes away from the others. She is the runt and she does have a compromised immune system. Her poop has been a little orangeish and foamy. During the day she forages around the yard and dust bathes so she isn't acting really sick. Could she have cocc? I would hate it if she is sick because she is my fav, don't tell her sisters that.

I recommend that you get her started on Corid 9.6% liquid solution. Dosage is 9.5ml per gallon of water for 5 days straight and make it fresh daily. Do not add anything else to the mixture.
Then worm her with Valbazen liquid cattle/sheep wormer as well as the rest of your chickens. Dosage is 1/2 ml given orally to each chicken. Redose in 10 days.
