tail feathers down and green poo

My barred rock has been kind of listless the past few days and walking around with her tail feathers down. She’s moving around very slowly, but still eating. She also has greenish droppings that gets caked on her bum and I have to wash her daily. I felt inside the vent to see if I could felt feel an egg in case it was egg binding, but I did not feel anything. Also because she is still defecating I figured that is not the problem

She doesn’t seem to have lost weight, but it’s hard to tell. No I have never dewormed

So I didn’t realize I should be worming all my chickens on a regular basis. I am still fairly new to keeping chickens. I put some diatomaceous earth in their feed so let’s hope that helps her. Thank you!

As it turns out, she has water belly as did my other barred rock that we had to cull last month. I was able to drain a lot of fluid from her and she seems more comfortable now.
