Tail Feathers

I have 6 red sex link chickens that are about 3 months old and on 4 of them their tail feathers have started to curl. Does this mean they are roosters? (I will try to post a few picks)

plus sex links are colour coded

hens are always red

roos silver usually

they could be moulting

Do they get aggressive when moulting?

moulting isn't an aggressive behaviour

but if your seeing aggression then the only answer is the protein is not enough in food and they are supplementing by eating feathers and the only ones they can find is the ones off other chickens backs

What is a simple protein to add to the chickens food? Oyster shells? Corn?

oyster shells but dont put them directly in the food but put it in another dish and let them eat it when they want to
