Tailless Golden Campine cockerel

I have a golden campine cockerel that is developing without a tail! I've examined him and he has no parsons nose , just like my Aracauna's. Has anyone ever heard of this?

This is a pullet ( I think anyway) from the same group of golden campine hatching eggs. It was never the same color as the others . It has the same barring on the body feathers , but it is a bright light yellow gold color, and more sepia where the normally colored Golden Campine's are black. Very pretty, but ???
