My coop cost me approximately $1500 in materials back in 2019 , I did all the building/labor . Its 6' wide x 13' long (coop is 6'x5'with attached covered 9' run) . If I were building the same for somebody I would probably ask at least another $1500 or more for labor .
$2000 sounds like a reasonable price for a 10' x 6' coop(a well built coop) , especially given the crazy lumber prices today .

uh, I'll just say it was at least double your quoted cost, OP. Also that was BEFORE pandemic pricing (and the shed builder was still booked up for months at that price). Labor costs here are skyhigh, so...
