My Marco goes after Ruby on a daily basis. I only had to speak to them when they did it in a puddle in the driveway, right near the street! I was mortified, but it makes for a good story!

Got another one today! Its bigger than the others and different color. So I think maybe this may be one of the swedish ducks. (I have 1 female cayuga, 2 rouens and 2 black swedish if anyone has guesses.) This is so fun and exciting!

The bloom it’s the protective coating on the egg. If you don’t wash till ready to use the bloom helps the egg stay freasher.

I was sitting down, working on a project at our old house, speedy comes running in the room to me with fancy hot in her heals, flys up and lands on my head thinking shes safe - uh uh - fancy jumps right on top of her on my head and tries!!! Both of them kinda had a crash landing, scooped up speedy and held her while fancy yelled at us both then turned and gave one last glare and huffed/walked off.

After the twins came, fancy was really nice and gentle with speedy, not so much with the twins...
