feed them really well, every woman is different in her tastes, but look at the treats chart in Feed, etc..forum for ideas.

Build them a nice house and decorate it for their tastes--look in the "coop design" section for ideas.

Don't rush things, women hate to be rushed, you have to get them sucked in by treating them well. Don't get physical with them too quickly, women also hate that.

Let them know that it's not just about the eggs, you love them for everything that they are. When you get eggs, it's a bonus. You don't have to have eggs every night.....
