Hi. My chicken has been recently been treated for tapeworm, maybe a month ago, and today he had tape segments in his poop again. I wormed him using worm out gel 50ml and that worked. I was wondering if I can use it again in less than the three months treatment period safely? He is about 3 months old and I am trying to recover him from his last encounter with tape as he is underweight and needs encouragement to eat. He free ranges everyday if that helps too.

The Wormout Gel worked obviously and the problem is your chicken is eating tapeworm infected insects. Insects are the vector for tapeworm infections in poultry. It's called the "Indirect Lifecycle."
Trying to eliminate the insect population on your property is nearly impossible but maybe you can control it. Just about any type of bug can be infected.
Your other option is to keep birds penned and put sand in your pen. Sand helps deter insects and parasites.
If you run out of Wormout Gel, another option is Equimax equine paste. It's cheaper and easily found in the Equine section at a feed store.
I forgot to add that you can give your chicken plain boiled white rice mixed with buttermilk in the feed for a few days. Buttermilk is an excellent probiotic and will help build up the immune system. The rice will help build up strength and settle the guts.

Awesome, thank you so very much for your help, this is the first time I have really dealt with serious cases of worms.
Tapeworms are tough to get rid of. I've dealt with them many times. Chickens naturally eat insects and there's no way to tell if insects are infected.
One good thing, not all insects are infected and not all birds will be infected.
