I think its a female because she is 8 months and her cere is pinkish violet. . it switches colors but mostly stays pink.

Females never have pink or violet ceres at 8 months they would have crusty brown tan or tinted blue with white. Your budgie is also a dom pied.

I could also be wrong about the age but she has a tiny bit of white in her eyes so Im assuming around 8 months

Sage is a pretty bird regardless of whatever controversy exists about him/her I don't know if my budgies count as rare or unusual, but Snowy's albino and Sunny's a whole bunch of stuff I don't feel like listing

No it's actually a female a male parakeet's nose is purple a female's is white with slightly purple

I had one just like yours she died unfortunately She was so cute and only about 7-8 months old. Never found one the same. Are they rare?
