Im looking for some kind of new bantam to add. I have a few Seramas but its dwindling. I thought about D anvers or D Uccles, but Anvers look like a tiny Ameraucana and I dont really like the feather legs of Uccles. I love the tiny crests of the Pyncheon though. I know theyre pretty uncommon but does any one here have first hand experience with them?

I've raised the breed for over 15 years...it's the only breed I have anymore....The females do have a small crest and the males have a tassel.....they are recognized only in the Mille fleur color....they should have red earlobes and willow legs.....anything else is a DQ.

My 10 year old daughter has Pyncheons. We all love them, they are very sweet and curious. As soon as you open the coop door they are right there and swarm you. I have 13 chicks in our kitchen right now. The roosters are overall very good, we only keep the ones that are closest to standard and the sweetest. The attract attention when they are at shows. They are the same size as the class c seramas we have, a few are real tiny.
