I believe they are 4-5 weeks... I think I got them 4/11 and they were either 1 or two weeks...

They were sexed PULLETS...
But ummmmmm

Sorry for confusion this is one bird (I purchased 5 as sexed pullets but this little one... as you can see)

Oh that’s multiple photos of one bird.. the others don’t look quite as “developed” and they’re all the same age
I bought them at a feed store that sells chicks every spring... so I wonder what their policy is

I got 5 “sexed pullets”
And this one sure doesn’t look like an egg layer
 
Ok, I thougth that was all the birds you got, and I was upset for you. For one bird, I don't think a feed store will do much. They might, it doesn't hurt to ask, but they may not do much.
Oh if I bought 5 and they were ALL roosters I would die... and deliver them back to the store lol
