Yes we are insane and the only non pork eatin family we know. Except for the Jewish family that comes over for dinner occasionally. I will see what I can come up with along the beef recipe. I'll let ya know how it turns out.

miss J how do you make yours? we use ground pork, ground beef, whole potatos, onions, all spice. we call it a french meat pie..
