Finally got an egg! Hens are 24 weeks and one finally managed to lay an egg...love it!

This happened yesterday, but oh well. I fiannaly got rid of my annoying Faverolle hen! She is living a better life on a farm now.

Ok, this happened 2 days ago. We explored a new area on the river we have not been to. The water level is way down, no rain since mid July. The river here is constricted down to a narrow channel, exposing lots of eroded gray sand stone. It was like a gray miniature version of Arch's National Park, slick rock, fins, pot holes and arches. Some arches were across chains of potholes, some interconnecting clusters of potholes. Very cool. Later we went down to the bay. Watched 6 pelicans dive for fish plus a sea lion that popped up every so often. A very good day!

Your geckos are really pretty! I was only allowed to get one because they don't require too ugh care, and that all the money spent goes to Girl and Boy Scouts.

We got our Christmas tree today! It is 14 feet tall

Got the lights up, but have to finish the decorations tomorrow...
