My four-yr-old climbed in bed with us last night at 1am, snuggled in, gave me a hug, and said, "I love you so much."

Proceeded by, "I just pooped in the potty."

I got four hours of sleep and I feel fine.

I think I may have this whole 'teenager' thing down.

Amen.!!!!!! Finally a thread with nothing negative in it.

Anyways, our oldest daughter (age 20) is on her way to the hospital with her hubby (sweethearts since age 10) to give birth to our first grand-child.

Now theres something to shout about

I had a great day, I got to go to my grandmothers house to deliver her a dozen eggs and spend time with her. Then I went to get my cars tires rotated and balanced and then had them check my alignment all for free

Then I come home and ask our new house guest (DH's brother has left his wife and is staying with us, so since we were in a hurry asked him to feed the chickens and this was his first feeding of the chickens) whether he fed the chickens or not and he says yes. So, as I'm walking down the hallway I notice the bucket full of feed still sitting in the walkway.... and I asked him well what'd you feed them... he looked at me kinda funny and said the feed from the bucket... no it's right here where I left it. He comes walking over and says well I fed them the feed from the blue bucket... and walks me over to the chicken scratch

made me laugh! He stepped OVER the chicken feed to get the other feed, he didn't notice it because I left it next to the rabbit feed so he thought it wasn't chicken feed... silly me

reason why I fed the rabbits in a hurry instead of leaving it to him...

When my son was 4 he told me he was going to marry me so he could be with me every day for the rest of my life. It was adorable at the time, however now that he is pushing 22 years old, not so much.

Well.... I personally just found out the cancelled flights to Melbourne did not come at a loss, because now we get to drive along the ocean road, whic hI've wanted to do for a while, I hear the sights are pretty good.

We sold 9 ducklings this afternoon, we still have 6 Blue Swede drakes we need to sell (likely for processing, they are huge!). *cross fingers*
