My hubby made me a delicious cake today

Oh! I have another one. I was given a homemade strawberry cheesecake muffin. Heavenly and sinful all at once

I woke up to a nice blanket of snow covering the backyard. I carved a pumpkin and ate some delicious pumpkin seeds. And after going outside for a while, I got to get nice and toasty by the woodstove. And now all the snow is starting to melt and it should be gone very soon!

It was a nice day indeed.

DH and I started our vaction today. No plans except all the kids coming up for opening week end this coming week end

16 chicks out of 17 eggs hatched; both DD's and DSIL & grandson came to visit today, and MIL/FIL came over (they live next door) - so we had a good family day. Grandson (7 mo) LOVED the chicks - too cute!
