I collected the eggs needed to make my first 1 dozen eggs from my chickens!!!! So exciting.
Gave them away to my neighbor who has been so helpful in helping us with the chickens.

We would not have our chicken coops if it were not for him.

My kids Marching Band competed at Metlife Stadium (Giants/Jets) today and it was a beautiful day though a bit windy. What a great experience they had!

2 Easter Egger X chicks hatched today that were 5 days overdue!

I have some lovely hatching eggs coming in the mail.

I have a wonderful family that loves me, and a God that loves us all!

What more could you want?

I decided to get the incubator set up again, and I am going to try and hatch some of the eggs. My Roo Homer had to be re-homed today, because he wouldn't keep his mouth shut. Any way DH caught him doing the deed with the girls, so I am going to give the girls eggs a chance.
