I 1) Finally learned more about my joint condition, 2) got cleared to start physical therapy for it, and 3) got a few pips on my White Leghorn eggs. LIFE ROCKS.

Oh, and I got lunch at Ikea.

My neighbor's family had their family reunion yesterday and after the reunion was over, she thought about me and brought me over 2 plates of food. It is enough food for 4 meals.

I have the best neighbor ever.

The wind is blowing from the east instead of the north, sparing me a day of sweltering in the heat.

I mowed the backyard with the bagger, put about five bags in the run and it was just enough of a distraction that I was able to leave both group of chickens together (they're about a month apart) in the run most of the afternoon for the first time

. Trying to get them integrated before we get the cold weather settled in.

The youngers are getting big enough that I was HATING them staying in the smaller pen while not free ranging. One less thing to stress about, thankyou Jesus
