My dad finally quit last year. He started jogging and Nicotine gum. I think it also helped that I would break down crying every time I saw he had a cigarette. He really tried to hide it, but I saw him when I was four. Then he told me that he promised he would quit, and I saw him smoking again a few years later. He told he would quit then too. The cycled just kept repeating, but he really has now, and I think it's for good. The point is: Now matter how long it takes, or how many times it takes, or how hard it is, we'll all be here rooting for you. You can do it!
