Tell me your best horse stories!

My mom was doing a Halloween barrel race once, and the barrels were decorated nicely with pumpkins apples and leaves. When my mom’s horse came to the last barrel he stopped, picked up an apple, ate it, and then turned and finished the race 🤣😂
That is an awesome story! There was a video on FB once, were a white pony was ogling though and obstacle course, and all of the obstacles were potted plants or at lest decorated plants. At every plant, the pony stopped ad refused to move just ate! It was pretty funny!

I have 2 mini horses chocolate a bay paint and buttercup a palomino. I cant even count how many things they have eaten that they should not have goat feed cow feed bread broccoli potatos (One time we took them trick or treating and chocolate stole a little girls candy bar and some candy corn) chicken feed buttercup got chicken wire stuck in the roof of his mouth and we had to call the vet but of course it was the weekend and we had to wait till monday a few mouths ago chocolate got tangled up in the electric fence but thankfully it was not on and then the same night buttercup got his hoof stuck in the hay net and i had to cut it out :th

A couple of weeks ago, I was riding English on a trail ride for riding lessons at the barn. We're upper level riders, so we often go on some fairly treacherous trails for the fun of it. This one, though, was the most eventful trail ride I'd ever had. First, my horse dragged me through a very scratchy bush(there was no room to steer, we were trailblazing through the woods on a hill), where I got several large, red scratches on my arm, and I also lost my right stirrup rubber. Right after that, we were trotting(my horse managed to canter) downhill, and I lost my right stirrup for a minute. Miraculously, I survived(and I was seriously impressed with my seat)! But then, while we were getting back to the main trail, she slipped on a muddy log and fell under me. We were alright, though, and she got right back up. Right after that, in the arena, I got to jump for the first time. It was great.
Then, last week, I had to canter English stirrupless. Once again, impressed myself with my seat.
