This is my first post here at BYC, so anything and/or nothing would be surprising. Here are some semi-interesting (eh, maybe) things about me.

I write vampire fiction.

I got my masters degree at age 49.

No tattoos --- yet!

I listen to goth, darkwave and old rock and roll.

I have no chickens, can't have them in the city limits, but I have names for my future hens.

We have 13 cats, 4 dogs, 4 cockatiels, 4 rabbits, 1 guinea pig, and 1 goldfish.

Welcome Anna, aka tremayne - I hope ya get your chickens

You should consider getting 3 silkie hens. They make no noise to speek of,
they are calm sweet and mild mannered and do not wander like other breeds do.
If ya have a fence no one would no you even had them.

Incase you are wondering why 3.
I tell all new people they are flock creatures
and silkies are very social with each other and like to cuddle together in a corner together at night to sleep.

it secretly really gets on my nerves when someone calls their husband their DH or daughter their DD etc. why not just call him your H? how do i know you arent talking about your designated driver? ...

I cant stand people and yet i'm a member of dozens of forums and talk to people online all the time

I'm certified in flying, sailing, scuba and computers

I'm building a 70's style chopper from a 79 harley sportster

I played drums for 12 years about 1/2 of those were in heavy metal garage bands and I've been learning guitar off and on for years

my various hairstyles earned me different nicknames from "slash" to "cousin it" to "billy idol"

I have a very short attention span, I get interested in something, concentrate on it for about 2 weeks then i get bored and move onto learning something new. My fiance occasionally asks me if her two weeks are up yet LOL

I've been to Cancun 7 times, Cozumel 3 times, Antigua, Barbados, St Lucia, The Bahamas 2x, Key West, Turks and Caicos, Jamaica and Grand Caymen

I think MJ should be legalized already, 90% of people i know smoke including myself. I feel alcohol is much more damaging in alot of ways.

I used to keep saltwater reef tanks and I'm in the process of rebuilding mine for our new house.

Even though I look like a biker I'm a computer geek, the guy everyone calls saying "my computer is doing..... can you fix it?"

I'm an artist, I used to do alot of airbrush work but havent touched it much lately
last thing I did was a quick (10-15 mins) devil on the tank of my harley

I'm a "provert"...professional pervert LOL

I'm sure I've got alot more but it's a family forum so i'll stop there
