About Me: School is pretty much my life away from home, pets keep me sane, but my fun is at home in WA with the animals, garden, and chickens!! My goal is to get my PhD and to work in either academia or industry as an upper level Researcher. Don't want the responsibility as a principal investigator at the moment and would prefer a workweek that is 40-50 hrs vs the 80+ I see some of the best researchers spend on their work, so I can go home and raise food to eat because I Like food!!!

If all else fails, marry an educated man and use my extended education to be a stay at home mom. LOL. Kids are so far away, got too many things to do first!!!

I like my own little bubble of a world that floats around my head. :p
 
You aren't kidding! My husband woke me up and asked me if I knew a Mark David Chapman. Well, he didnt use his middle name, but all killers are called by all three names, LOL. When I told him yes, I know Mark Chapman, he told me what he did, that it was just on the news, and I didn't quite believe it. Thought he was dreaming.

About me: I am a registered nurse, married for seven years....have a 13 yo old daughter who completely rocks, and a baby boy currently cooking up in utero. i love wild, new things to try...BurningMan is a sweet time, Renaissance Fairs and the like are always fun.....music is a biggie for me, and my daughter and I both play electric 6-strings (me a Fender, her a pink glitter DaisyRock!). our chickens have very strangely become family members, and we love them like anything
