Temperature???

So I have has my incubator at 38 degrees, as when I did research it said that's what to have eggs at now I am seeing it's best to be 37.5? Is this right as my eggs are on lock down from today?

The optimum temperature for hatching eggs is between 37C-38C (98F-100F). 37.5C (99.5F) is the recommended temperature to stick close too. 38C is perfectly fine.
