Hello everyone! We are new to the backyard chicken scene in Nashville. We got three chicks this spring that were all supposed to be hens, but unfortunately two out of the three turned out to be roosters. We were able to find a place for one at a friend's farm but are still looking for a good home for the other.
He's a lovely Rhode Island Red who's about 6 months old. He has a wonderful personality and is hilarious and charming, but unfortunately we can't keep him in our neighborhood. He would make a great pet, breeder, and flock protector and needs a home where he can live out his full potential.
We are willing to deliver him within a reasonable distance and would like to see your set up before dropping him off. He is not to be used for meat. His name is Karl and he would love to meet you if you're interested! Please contact me with any questions.
