Termites inbeaded in my duck aflacs feet

I need to get these out of his feet I took him to the vet and he didn’t notice them but I noticed them last night because he’s limping on his left leg I need to know how to get these out immediately I don’t want him to die

yes give me a moment he doesn’t like the camera and I have no help so bare with me my savior friend btw he’s on antibiotics and he got meds for the bugs it’s call Inverness or something similar

Ok I have termites it’s the one big one with wings

What I mean is you say he's on antibiotics and "meds for the bugs", but you don't tell us the names of these medications. I don't care that he didn't see bugs in he feet, I wanna know exactly what he's being treated for so I can offer advice that won't interfere with the current treatment plan. Make sense?
