    what i meant by coaxing them, is , can you use artificial lighting to get them to lay year round? and i have a trio locked in i pick them up thursday i am so excited.

    I've never heard of anyone using artificial lighting on valleys, they only have a spring breeding season. Good luck on your trio!

    plus birds need a rest ,but know you can get well over 6 months from most.
