It was literally like we were living the meme. We went there for 1 or 2, but then we decided that they all needed buddies,and we left with 8.

Gosh, that sounds like us! I just wanted a dozen so we would have fresh eggs. Nope. Went home with 48! Then, my husband fell in love with the meat chickens and didn’t have the heart to kill them. So - we had one hen and one rooster Cornish X that actually grew up (she laid an egg nearly every day). Biggest chickens I’ve ever seen in my life! Not doing that again.

Oh, it’s been a while since I’ve been here. Hi everybody! I am actually getting ready to have hip replacement surgery. After 5+ years of nearly constant pain, I just want to get it done and have a normal life again.
Yeah, it doesn’t have anything to do with chickens, but what the hey. Y’all have a super week!
