Its cause you are too darn pretty! She is a very nice lady on the Fermented Feed thread who explains how it works and what to do and why its good for the birds. She is very common sense, and has a very dry sense of humor.

Who wants some homemade lye bath pretzels.....???? I make SOAP not meth, in case you were wondering. If I did make meth then there would be no need for MediFast!! (Disclaimer: This statement in no way indicates that I endorse the production of illegal substances!)

But these are so darn yummy looking they should be illegal!!

Yes I meant Steiner Ranch. It is by lake travis. It was happening around the same time Bastrop was burning. I saw two fireballs in the sky during that time and thought for sure the world was ending. lol

From the hills we could see all the smoke and color from Bastrop even though it was so far away. It looked like a nuclear explosion. Like big mushroom clouds at some points. It was nuts and very scary. And Steiner Ranch was just across the lake from us, so we had a front seat view.

I remember that, just a few weeks before I was watching my parents house and she lives in Oak Hill, got a call from my little sis saying the area was on fire. Seems a homeless person started a fire in the woods and it got out of control. It was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO close to her house, grabbed my Durango, loaded it up with all 5 of her dogs and 2 cats and their safe and brought them all back to mine, while leaving the water on. She got lucky and the wind blew it just north, however others in her neighborhood were not as lucky. Then not 2 or 3 weeks later Steiner, Spicewood and Bastrop fires all broke out on the same weekend. That was one scary month.

Bee, whose real username here is Beekissed, is a great lady! Just a wonderful person. I think we should vote her "Honorary Texan" for her viewpoints. Cause they are pretty much in line with native Texan viewpoints. Stray dogs, she has a way with dealing with those. Any other varmit that eats or hurts her or her livestock, get a similar treatment. And she allows no one to mess with her, her faith, or her... shall I say livestock? No bleeding heart "I'm offended" stuff there. She agrees or doesn't. Is strong and holds to her beliefs.
