Help! Pullet or Roo?

10ish week old EE. Has some suspect feathers growing in saddle area but this is my first chicken flock.

Definite pullet. Cute girl! She has curling feathers on her back near her tail, but they are not narrow and pointy like a roo. Comb and wattles are too small and pale to be a cockerel at 10 wks old.
