It only LOOKS like a sitcom to outsiders-when you're actually living it, seems more like horror/drama/science fiction! It's all perspective.

Pigeon-if you have a doxie, you know exactly what this morning has been like. I'm fixing to go drop him off at the vet for the weekend(I've NEVER left him before) and I asked them if they needed me to leave some kind of HUGE deposit in case he tears their building down to the foundation. They assured me they could handle him...OK, they were warned-any resulting damages are not my fault!

Another new member from NE Texas - Longview.

I inherited my mother's chickens this spring, six Red Stars and a Black Star. A friend gave me a hamburg (maybe?) that runs like Road Runner.

I just got a bunch of fencing and two new blacks from someone getting out of the chicken business. "too many predators" he said, with an open-top coop.

i have to agree we are about to add a 12x12 run to our current 10x12 so that we can hatch out more this febor march with a homemade incubator i am make with some plans i found on the incubator page
