Thanks everyone for the support! I have had a tough time with clinical pathology in the past and luckily I have the same instructor for both classes! She told me I did better than most of the other students that normally get As! She also said that she expects More!!! Crap! Guess I'll sleep when I'm done with the semester!

Oh and DW is homeschooling our girls! When we moved back to Houston from Ft Hood humble isd said my oldest wasn't ready for the 3d grade. She was in TAG classes before we moved and working and reading at a 5th grade lvl!!! now that we live in a worse part of Houston we refused to put any of our girls in public schools! Once we move from the big city life they will more than likely go back into school as long as the education system isn't all fudged up like they are here! I salute anyone that decides to homeschool their children!
They won't have to be subjected to seeing classmates wearing their pants around their knees waddling to walk too look like rappers in videos! My girls don't even know who that Berber kid or Billy rays kid are thank God!

almost three years later and I have only suited up twice and have yet to collect the honey. I know in one hive alone that there is over 70lbs of honey. You can still get stung through the suites, they are VERY hot, and bulky. I hate it. It is just not my thing as irritating as that is...... well it is what it is.

Ok, I am going to go collect honey now......... never mind I have missing socks to find and other very important things.

Well keeping bees certainly can be a pain.

Crush and strain is messy but the good news is that honey doesn't spoil. If you have any wax moths or hive beetles a couple days in the freezer will kill any eggs. If you forget the honey frames in the freezer for a couple months that's fine too because it doesn't go bad. If you then bring them to the kitchen and forget them again for a couple weeks they'll be just fine when you get around to messing with them. I am very fortunate my lovely wife hasn't kicked me to the curb for the big bin of honey that was sitting on the kitchen counter for weeks (ok, months).

If you have access to a radial extractor that's a great way to go too unless you specifically want the extra wax to render for candles. Just make sure you leave enough honey for the bees so they don't starve out.

We were laughing about Billy Ray Cyrus today. You know I thought that Achy Breaky Heart and that horrible mullet was his bad contribution to pop culture.....oh how wrong I was!

Ahhhhh...... yes....... "Be the change you want to see". As far as narcissistic personalities, that is why I shut my facebook account down. I got really sick of seeing that side of people and the potential of worse from myself. I think social media is a great learning and sharing tool for some. For me, I can't be found on face book, no you can't follow me on twitter, and I will never own a T.V. It is very sad what todays youth calls entertainment. I some days wish a giant EMP would wipe out all gadgets and kids could have a chance at "real life" again, not a fake sexually violent charged entertainment industry to fill their minds full of plastic.

We watch Revolution and DH and I almost wish for that! It would be hard, but I think our society needs a reset, because it SUCKS now.

Okay so update on my dominate boy, I let them out as usual and d boy was very nice, not aggressive at all but tried to do the wing dance in front of me. So I tried to do the "chase down" thing but instead of running he squatted for me and just let me pick him up. I have never had a rooster do that.
