That must be it. During the day i use IE, at nigh is FF. Thanks Clovis. BTW, rain is coming, I am glad you finally had the roof on. I stopped by New Braunfels Feed store yesterday to buy some fake eggs. They are $1.50 each, $9 for 6 I bought (wow, Terry Bradshaw may surprise what 1 dollar and a half can buy us these days). I put in the nest to make the hen laid, also to trick the hen who likes to eat their eggs. I may start monitor my hens ... the nasty mam, who kicks these golden eggs out and lost these fake eggs ... will have to go to the pot ... these egss ain't cheap

Sister Dear, I skipped coffee 9 mos ago... to save money to buy milk for little Charlie. BTW, StarBucks prices their drink at $3 ...oops.... why don't they have the "Dollar Menu" like Uncle Mc Donald has. While talking about "Value", back in the early 70s, I was in Vietnam, I remembered we value Orange as a miracle fruit to help us get out of flu, cold illness. At that time, a dozen of orange costed about 8000 piaster (Viet money). The monthly salary for a Private was 7000 piaster. So, it is a golden gift to give someone a dozen orange when visiting them at the hospital. Now coming to US, i know a dozen of orange is about $3-4, about 20 min of labor work. It makes easier for me now to give my mom a dozen orange when she is sick (btw, i love you mom). And if she eats the orange, imagining she is back in VN, then she will get well very soon. Sister, eat your orange well, and be ready for the cold front. PS: I love you sis, can you send me $1000... quick.

Hmmmm, maybe you are still sleepy-eyed. Must drink coffee before attempting the Texas forum.

Fifteen to be exact! I'll post pics as soon as I get them up loaded.

Welcome to all the new people! Great thread and great site.
Yeah!! You need to change your name now to HasHens. :)

I found a book I want to get. I was browsing the reviews here and found it. My back yard needs a lot of landscaping. My whole yard does actually. This has been a lot of work here! I'm going to use some of the ideas in this book when doing the backyard. :)

Want to see my yard work? Look here.

You have done wonders with your yard!

I have that book, it's very inspiring, but not for me as I've got many acres...but it would be perfect for your yard! It sounds like a really fun project.

I've had my 8 chicks from Ideal for 6 days now. I drove to Cameron last Wed. to get them. They are so happy and growing and their feathers are growing! So cute, so sweet. I switched them off paper towels and onto sand and they flipped out with joy. Literally jumping up and down and cheeping so loudly, it was too adorable.

They like dried mealworms, but not strawberries or little pieces of bell pepper. No go on lettuce, too. Maybe one day. They do love the little bowl of chick grit I put in there.
