Here are some more pictures. Idk if I told yall but at 6-7 weeks she is only 3 1/2 pounds. You can see in the picture that she is a little thin for a puppy. I would expect her to be atleast 5 pounds

Not harsh at all.  I've taken in stray animals my whole life (though I've never had quite the menagerie you do )...I would never abandon an animal.     I only hope Howard was never abused & that his previous, previous owners just didn't know what to do with him.

I've decided I want more chickens for Mother's Day...

Who needs another purse or wine refrigerator...Oh wait, I want those too...I have 5 kids, so I should get five gifts right?! That doesn't limit me to 3 chickens though, its like the express lane, if you have 25 of 1 item, its just 1 right? So now I still have room for 2 more gifts! Plus the husband should get me something just to be on the safe side...that's 3 more. Wait, my family is my gift, and I love them all dearly and I would honestly be happy with lots of hugs and kisses (plus, what are the odds that they would pick out the right purse/wine fridge/chickens/and yet to be determined gifts).

I still want more chickens and I am sooooo going to use Mother's Day as the reason they can't say no!

Anyone else have any good 'excuses' to share for when I want more, again?

Seeing as how my husband is the one doing most of the talking about getting more chickens, I don't think I'll need a reason to ask for more. Looks like I get to make the final decision, since I'm the one at home, taking care of all our babies...furry, feathered & biological.

BUT...I do like the idea of using Mother's Day as an excuse to ask for more chickens.

Ha-ha! Not mine. My husband & I are currently in negotiations for a sequel. Our daughter has been talking about getting a baby brother/sister for months now...might as well give it a shot before this shop is closed for good.
