Huntsville, is about 60 miles from here. Been through there many times.

Huntsville is ok, to big for my liking though...lol. I'm only about 6 miles out of New Waverly so we stay around here more than going to the "big city".

Well. My sweet neighbors just turned bad... The elderly neighbors next door called the sheriffs office to complain that a tree fell on their property from our side. Its raining... I'm sorry we didn't run right out there and chop it up? They also said our guineas were loud.... Yes. Yes they are. During the day when their son runs a saw and blasts music all day. I'm confused as to what they're really mad at.

Strange things people complain about.

Weird...I can't stand people like that. Neither of my neighbors should have any room to complain...the ones to our left are a quiet, older couple. Nice enough: the guy mows our lawn once in awhile for us and the wife wasn't rude when I..ambushed her as soon as she got home from work because one of my girls had gotten into her yard. I wanted to catch her before she let her labs out
The other neighbors have 7 freaking cars and are always working on their stereos and I hate them lol

Nope. Took out about twenty feet of MY fence, and landed on MY plum trees. Just barely crossed property lines.

Sheriff was entertained. Apparently my new neighbors like calling stuff in.

I need to figure out how to get them on our side. They don't like eggs, we've tried that. I don't want bad blood we just bought the place. Lived here a year in February.

Mine don't like eggs either..what's wrong with people? lol

On the lighter side of things I added this big guy to my crew today

Even in just the past 5 years or so it's exploded!
We drive through every few months and it blows us away every time.
I met my husband there while I was going to SHSU.

They're fancy now, they have an Olive Garden

So my one and only Russian Orloff cockerel has the wrong comb type.
I don't know what happened but now I can't use him

I'll have to find him a home and hatch all over, in hopes of a decent boy.
My breeding plans are put off at least a year now...

We have a Petco and all sorts of clothing stores now!! It's so strange...

Worked out in the yard a LITTLE today. Didn't do much. Got the runner ducks a run built, just need to get them a bigger pool. They're currently swimming in an old protein tub, does the job but not very big! I'd like to get them, and the Muscovies, new pools. Might go into town and see if Wal-Mart or someone has got any in yet. No one here has any... none cheap enough at least. Currently waiting on potential buyers for my QH colt, they're on their way now and I'm nervous. He's gorgeous and exactly what they're looking for, I'm just worried he's going to decide today is the day to run from us and not get caught or something of that sort. LOL!

I know it has narrow roads and is always congested. But, I don't know if they are also counting the prison population. They have some large units in Huntsville.

I get my pools off of craigslist for free or cement mixing tubs work well and are about $15. Good luck with your colt, I know how that goes. The one day that you want to behave they go nuts and think you have 3 heads.
