I see you are an Orpington fan as well.

I never could get into the Jubilees, personally. If my other birds do well enough, I will probably erect another coop for Silvers. Personally, I think gold laced are prettier, but most people are excited about silver laced. I only have two breeds at the moment, Buffs and Chocolate/Mottled. The Buffs I use for table eggs. Orpingtons, for the most part are friendly, fat fluffy birds (LF). Personally, my favorites are the Buffs. I just think they are pretty birds. I have Chocolate/Mottled because people like them.

May I ask what about the Jubilee disinterests you? I am having second thoughts myself based on a few things I have read. I think gold laced and silver laced are both gorgeous. I definitely want some Chocolate/Mottled... women LOVE chocolate, lol. Will you be posting your eggs for sale here or where? Put me on your list if you have one. I already have a note to contact you in the Spring:)

I plan on posting the fertilized eggs I will have for sale in the BYC forums when they are ready. Jubilee, well, to be crass kind of reminds me of a bird that got caught in coop of birds suffering from explosive diarrhea.

Im looking for many types of chickens... im near san antonio... if anyone is getting fertile eggs and has quality pure breeds i am interested send me a PM please, i want too many to name!!
