It's pretty sad. We had a colder than average winter and now this. My poor chickens are lobbying for a climate controlled coop . It could be worse though, I really feel for the farmers and ranchers in Australia.

Yep, were use to the heat here but don't mean we like it. We had snow here this past winter, only had snow 3 times in 36 years, since I've been in Seguin.

I'm just thankful that the humidity is down! The heat is stifling but at least we can breath. I love all of Texas and couldn't ask for a more beautiful place than right here, but I can't wait for fall.

Took us forever to find this little bit of eden. Private lakettes are hard to find even in EAST Texas esp. Affordable little lakes.
