What do you do for your migraines?
I avoid Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) like the plague. No MSG, no headaches. Surprising, to me, how many BBQ rubs and seasoning use MSG. Dosage is proportional to severity.

Also sensitive to artificial sweeteners. If I do find some, I go to bed for a day. Most pass within 12 hours. I'm useless and blind (ophthalmic migraine). Do a lot of pondering pain and life. Crazy Lady gets tired of me screaming for quiet. I feel better now. :D

Had the same for years. Started with older medications newer ones were better. Had to go to ER many times for shots. Told Dr. I thought they were related to allergies. He said no. Now they say there is a connection. Started taking Flonase. Over the years they and sinus declined. Now I don’t have either. I believe it was the Flonase that stopped them. I know what you mean. No MSG. No noise. No light. Don’t mention food. And couldn’t look at color of pink without throwing up. Covers over head and please go to sleep. While all situations are not the same if you are not taking something for allergies you might consider it.
