View attachment 1745528 View attachment 1745526 Finally got hardware cloth up. After painting rafter liked the farmhouse look and didn’t want to cover it so did this inside. Put a drip cap on decking edge so didn’t have to paint it.

Hatch day here for me woke up to my early birds who couldn't wait the full 21 days, here is a pic of them. Have one more zipping, and of this writing #3 is out and about. Time to get back to work and get them ready to transition back outdoors in around a week. Now I have to get their temp indoor brooder(bathtub) and MHP set back up for them.

Thanks, doing some manual hands on stuff as well, as it seems the inner membrane is a bit thick for a good air hole. I've widened the inner membrane on 5 eggs this morning with external pips minus the zips. @Texas Kiki was probably right about the initial salt test.
