I strongly recommend the following action. We Texans don't need New Yorkers or Canadians advice on winterizing.............Also we need 4x the ventilation for summer. Unless you want to find your broilers broiled.

Believe it or not we had a front come through day before last. +Very low humidity which is extremely rare anytime of the year and super extremely rare in June. It was 65 last night. Unbelievable.

Welp my AC still has not adjusted and is on 24x7.

My A/C is on it's last year. I was able to score a slightly used unit (FREE!!) right after the Harvey flood. Going to buy a matching indoor unit and put it in next winter which is only about a month here...lol.
