Texas

From the "active map" you can see the percentage of chance an area would see TS winds 34KTs or 50KTs or the "hurricane #".

The area over all of Galveston island shows a 70% of seeing at least 34KTs over the next 5 days.... The area down near corpus it's down around 40-50% for the same forecast..... (Shrugs)

It's wierd how you can *see* the arms bands and yet, so many other won't even realize reality unless the clouds themselves lowered an arm with a stop sign and held it in front of their car..... And then likely some would be to busy reading their cell while in the driver's seat.

9:00pm, just started to get showers from the outer bands of Beta.
Well, here is when We are forecast to feel the "Beta arms".....

I thought it might be around midnight but we're gett'en it now!

I thought that was just a Houston thing. If it rains streets flood. Who builds a city in a swamp? Other than Houstonites and DC too.
New Orleans? Denmark? London? River front property is valuable.

It started raining here Sunday afternoon. Nothing heavy, just a steady drizzle.
