Love pizza. Anytime!
I had weight loss surgery in 2013.
2013weight was 397 lbs.
2018 weight 210 lbs
Current weight 190 lbs
can only eat 1 slicE of pizza, so seldom buy it. I did get 2 small frozen pizzas at store yesterday. I usually cut 1/2 and bake 1/2 at a time. Then I get 2-3 meals out of a 1/2 pizza.
Got a childs size cheeseburger Friday when we went to play dominoes, ate 1/4 then, other 1/4th yesterday, the rest will go to chickens today.
Its very hard not being able to eat the amount I want, but I love the weight loss and how I feel.
We really do not need all the food we eat to survive.
I always run light I have been 167 for forever. But congratulate you on your progress! I still wasted my pizza the dogs got most of it. More room for tacos though are still in me.

So I just woke up reflecting on my last years in the Army. I had switched out to a 68WM6 in my last year I was a psyche med nurse after having done med surg. I was just reflecting on a guy who fell to the floor and had a seizure. It was shift change and one of the RN's I had trained was working the floor where he was going and asked me to start the IV. I did and the patient was completely unimpressed with my skills. Still I put an 18G IV right in his wrist in no time I was impressed and I am sure other nurses were as well. It was usually cold in Germany and veins do not express well. Anything smaller is unacceptable on Med Surg as you cannot give blood through them.

Going back to the postal carrier thing. My parents always tipped them during this season. It is something I feel that has been forgotten by our generation. They bring us fresh chicks and so much more. Buy them a lunch gift card or something in my case it was just a gift this year. Heck I even know my postmans name. Let us not abandon tradition you should always know your mailman and be on their good side and treat him/her with the respect they deserve. Plus buy them lunch.

More drunk talk.
Sadly we have had a few new ones of last couple years... Have not been able to know "actual" vs. substitutes....

Ditto what @AllenK RGV complimented you with.....

Stay the happy course!

I too had a lifestyle/diet change in 2004/05 but, I wasn't over weight. Mine was ADHD specific... Accidentally dropped from my "beefcake peak of 194lbs" to ~170 by early summer 2005.... Been basically 170 ever since.....

(Cue best Horseshack accent) "OOH! OOH! Mr. Kotter, Mr. Kotter, is it gonna snow?"

Ok I just had my beast cat on my lap for the last 10 minutes. He is easily back up to his winter weight of 15 or more pounds and none of it is obesity. I was just thinking back to 2007 when the elder retired military folks next door made us cucumber sammies, this jerk ate them for household goods arrival day. I really would have enjoyed a cucumber sammie that day. It is hard reflecting on all of the horrors this punk has exposed us to over the years. I think the worst were his vivisections on live rodents especially if gravid in our kitchen. I am ok with the dead possums and bunnies. He is so not a small cat photo is from tonight. Sorry I couldn't get my entire cat in focus.
