Texas

We are 1 mile from the Gulf of Mexico on the East end of Galveston County, in High Island. Our little "high hill" is about 28 feet above sea level sitting on a Salt dome. We are about one mile in diameter....quiet little town for sure.
Sounds beautiful! Nice to meet ya!

I don’t care for the taste, but I love the purple bags.
I'm truthfully not much of a drinker, I've had the same bottles so long that they should probably be tossed. I mostly cook with the stuff nowadays.
Tossed???😮🙄🤔😏
Nevah! Alcohol don't spoil. I'm not a big drinker either.
I tried the bailey's in my coffee-love it, but not daily.

No, you pay more for the aged stuff. It just gets better with time. Like all of us. ;)

Well, my favorite gloves bit the dust. Went by wallyworld to get replacement.
$12.97! I might need to dig mine out of trashcan and keep using em.
Actually, I caved and got em, but......I'm not happy .
Yep, I had sticker shock at the grocery store the last several months. Things are increasing.

Butter, eggs, cheese, chicken. No, I don't buy eggs but watch the price.

There is still a flyer up at the feed store for $5 roosters. I might have to get those. And no one has called for my laying hen offer. If an organic, grass fed, free ranged broiler is $30, why do people sell theirs for $5? I will clean one for $25.

The 8 chicks that hatched last month, I'm comfortable announcing there are 5 cockerels out of 8 hatched. The combs are reddening after 3 weeks. The chest bumping is so adorable.
