Ah, ok. That would be why I don't know where it is. I have never gone down 183 before except to go north up to Evant for a roo. We just moved out to Lampasas a few months ago from Fort Hood. So we usually took 195 to 35 to get to those areas.

All I can say is that it feels so good to finally be out in the country.

I have 10 acres that I am looking to let my girls free-range on once they get used to their coop and where they need to go to roost. I hate keeping them cooped up.

I just acquired my banties and was told that they are 8-9 months old. Right now, I only have the two breeding pairs. I would be willing to part with some eggs, but I only get 2 a day at best. How many would you be interested in? Also, I've never collected eggs for selling before and I don't have an incubator (yet)

So, how would I collect enough? Gosh, I am such a newb.

Well you can never have enough eggs but 6-12 would do. As far as collecting you just gather them daily and store them in a cool place (around 60-70 degrees)they will stay good for a week or 2 in some cases. You should put them in cartons with the big end up and tilt them on their side a couple times a day. I will warn you hatching is really addictive it doesn't help when you have a steady supply of eggs.

I also don't know if they are considered "show quality" but don't know if that is what you are looking for.

Here are a couple of pictures. I didn't have any help in getting them to hold still, so this is all I have so far.
