I wish I could have some but alas I have been told no. We couldn't afford the feed bill right now. I wouldn't be able to get just one. I believe in getting animals in pairs when starting out.

only 20% showers tonite and tomorrow where im at.....but were due for rain on saturday, maybe its a slow moving deal thats heading our way

Now I'm going to have to check the weather and make sure I don't have to put up tarps tonight. We just mowed the back for the dogs too. I was going to use Adams Yard Spray since the chickens don't go back there.

Does anyone ever get scorpions in their chicken coops?

This is what the weather said for my area tonight. I don't see anything on radar yet. So maybe no rain here for a little bit. Though I wouldn't mind it to wash some of this pollen away and water some of the plants I just put in the flowerbeds.

Mine have been snagging them up like crazy from under the pile of leaves on the property line.

yeah, pretty sure mine would gobble them up in a New York Minute...

They LOVE bugs of any kind, and they are excellent at snatching them. One of the things I love about them, we had almost no mosquitoes in the yard last summer...
