Same problem I had with Ideal chicks... between DOA chicks and faders I just wasn't impressed with their birds
I admit I will still pick up one here or there from the feed store.. but I really don't like ordering from them anymore..

I love the birds I have gotten from Cackle .. and I hope the chicks I have ordered from Welp are nice and strong. I've heard good things about them so I guess I will know for sure in May.

I only buy the feed store chicks to grow out and sell. Well maybe keep a few EEs I have an order coming from a private breeder in Gainsville in a couple of weeks that will be my first order of shipped chicks. He guaranties no dead chicks.
