what kind of chicks are you getting from Gainsville?

I'm getting 7 pure Black and 8 pure Lavender Ameraucana chicks from Paul Smith. Ordered these back in September. It's been a looooong wait!

oh btw Little Wing! it has cheeks!!! lol Powder be gettin his job dun!!! lol THANKS a BAJILLION!!!!

He got er done pretty well around here too. So glad he went somewhere he is needed (and so is he)!

I'm game for trading. I want some bigger egg layers lol. I've got lots and lots of access to game bird mixes at work, and I've got 12 chicks here that I broodered....is broodered even a word?!....anyways. Any time you want some I will snag the chicks lol.

especially pics showing their legs.. (which will help us decide between bare and feathered leg breeds)

so far we know they are
from Ideal
and are bantams

so comparing pics of the chicks to their known bantam breeds we should be able to figure out some of them anyway
