Texas

The rain completely skipped over my place. Rain across the street.....and north of me. But no. Not my place.
LOL.

Was supposed to be 60 and 10% chance of "sprinkles". Try 49* and drizzle. Totally screwed up my outdoor chore plans. I'm just happy that I filled feeders and water buckets last night so I wasn't trying to haul food out there in the rain. Just had to go out this morning and take the feeders off their hangers and put them underneath the coops to keep the food dry from blowing rain.

I'm jealous, we only got enough rain to make you turn then windshield wipers on once. Well my wife had a fun time bursting my bubble I thought chicks were coming this week and well let's just say I need to learn to read a calendar. Still two weeks to go. :(

I hear ya! We still haven't had enough rain here and are way behind. The pond has filled up a little bit after being completely dry since last summer, but the pond is nowhere near full. I just wish the weather man would do a better job so I'm not planning to work outside and have my plans foiled. Really wanted to mow the dry weeds in the pasture and make more room for the bits of green grass trying to come up.

Oops! I hate it when I read the calendar or the clock wrong! What a bummer.
