How old is the chick, again?

Could you tell us the age and Get a pic of you holding him with his legs positioned how ever he keeps them?

Poor thing looks quite lame. However, there may be hope since it's younger than 10 days. This site here (https://sites.google.com/a/larsencreek.com/chicken-orthopedics/) down at the "leg hobbles" section offers suggestions on how to hobble your chick and give it footies to help those curled toes go flat and help support the legs so they can straighten out.
It's a one in ninety chance that she'll survive. It's up to you if you want to go through the rigor just to see it not work; but, if you are committed to trying to save it - That would be where I started.
Edit:
I pick her up and she flaps her wings and just scoots. I got to thinking on it and another thing with her is I can't recall ever seeing her eyes open. She's 4 days today. Not real sure what's going to happen at this point.
Well, that puts a kink in the whole thing, hon. They open their eyes pretty much straight off. Sometimes it may take a day or two if they have had trouble during incubation; but, by day four should certainly have opened her eyes. If she's never once opened them, she may not be able to. At this point, all things considered, I'd put her down.
