Good morning everyone,Personally, I think that sounds fine plus much safer. Once they feather out, they really don't need as much heat. Please, please everyone using space heaters be careful - there was a coop fire near me 2wks ago due to one. Two birds dead, the whole coop destroyed, etc. One of the Kennedy kids. I don't want to sound rude, just don't want anyone losing their coops, birds, or houses. Remember up here in the north none of us heat our coops all winter. Unless they are teeny tiny with no feathers they will do just fine. My $.02.
Thank you, My babies made it alright. Everyone accounted for and chattering away when I just went in there. One of the ducks, which I have decided to name Gabby guess why

We must not have gotten below freezing because there wasn't any frost to be seen. Normally there is when it gets that cold out. I hope everyone else did okay last night and stayed nice and warm.
